Educational Background: 

He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer professional.  He also completed a Master diploma in training and development (soft-skills), Career Management professional and Content Writing Skill courses too.  He is having a professional experience of 31+ years of experience in the industry.  He also worked in Corporate Companies such as Emerson Process Management, USA, Yokogawa Electric Corp, Japan, Siemens, Germany and to its affiliates both in India and Middle East countries.

Experiences:

He handled Sales, Marketing, Market Research about Products / Systems and services required in the Industrial market.  So, it encouraged the companies where he worked to design and develop with his inputs and marketed those products and services. He is highly successful in his Sales career, Project Management and After Sales-Services portfolios.  He is enthusiastic in building team spirit and ensure customers get the best supports and satisfaction. He has a complete belief in teamwork and transformation to their next level of inspiring and achieving it. Having creative skills and entrepreneur skill is an added advantage.

His program has been attended by employees of Daimler, Wipro, HCL, Titan, Kombu Foods, Bank Professionals, Educational Institutes etc. He also conducted training programs to Corporate Companies where he worked. After gaining a rich professional background made him magnetized towards the strong passion for “Training and Development”.

He had undergone various training sessions such as Soft-Skills in Siemens, Saudi Arabia, Sales & Soft-Skills in Yokogawa, Singapore and also conducted by Jim Sarasini of USA. He also attended the Quality Control in Saudi Arabia, Stress Management in Bahrain. His motto is “never stop learning”. 

He is also a Toastmaster and completed Communication Communicator CC10 at Toastmaster International, Bahrain.

He completed Technical Training such as Level products of Solartron Mobrey at UK, Gas Products at Crowcon, UK, AUMA actuator in Dubai, Fire and Gas products in Detronics, USA, New Gas Chromatography launch session in Yokogawa, Japan, Laser Global Meeting in Yokogawa, USA etc
